Nylon (polyamide) is one of the most widely used engineering thermoplastics, offering an excellent balance of toughness, wear resistance, and moderate strength at very low cost. Available in PA6 and PA66 grades, it provides good mechanical performance across a wide temperature range and is easily machined, injection-molded, or extruded into complex shapes for industrial components.
