Copper C110

Copper C110 (ETP) – Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper for Electrical Conductors

Copper C110 is electrolytic tough pitch (ETP) copper, the most commonly used electrical copper grade at 99.9% purity and 100% IACS conductivity. It is the industry standard for bus bars, electrical wire, heat exchangers, and general electrical conductors where maximum conductivity combined with good formability is required at economical cost.

Key Properties

  • Purity: 99.9% Cu
  • Electrical Conductivity: 100% IACS
  • Thermal Conductivity: 388 W/m·K
  • Density: 8.94 g/cm³
  • Weldability / Formability: Excellent / Excellent
  • Standards: ASTM B152 / CDA 110
